Our can’t-miss yellow-and-orange location at the foot of the Souris Causeway is the perfect one-stop shop for all kinds of ice cream treats, snacks and take-out meals plus Seaside Bakery’s ever-popular rolls, biscuits, pies and more!

We are proud to partner with ADL, PEI’s long-standing dairy producer.  Over the Top Ice Cream and Take Out serves dine-in or take out meals, soft ice cream treats, plus hard ice cream in a tantalizing range of configurations. from regular and dipped soft cones, 24 flavors of hard ice cream cones, delicious sundaes, good old-fashioned banana splits and more than a dozen flavors of tornadoes! Want to intrigue the kids – get some “Slugs in the Mud.” Or take advantage of the downstairs bakery and get yourself a freshly made warm apple crisp topped with ice cream!
